2015-2019 Gandino (BG)

Complete restoration of an old building in the historical village of Gandino, including structural reinforcements, seismic engineering, total rebuild of floors, foundations and roof. Restoration of the old cellar, refit of the old portals and masonry walls. The building now is energetic class A rated. Interior finishings involve use of sheetrock paneling, microcement floors and stucco walls.
