La Vigna farm house consists of a main house and outbuildings. Before being abandoned, it housed several families of peasants.

The buildings, surrounded by cypress trees and fields of wheat, were completely refurbished creating one big exclusive summer residence that consists of seven rooms with private bathrooms, a billiard room, kitchen, dining room, fireplace room, study and swimming pool. The interiors are in typical Maremman style: stones of trachyte, old terracotta floors, reclaimed wood flooring and hand-painted tone-on-tone windows.
